How we work

Istanbuliyat is built around a short path: choose items, send your requirement, then receive a quote prepared for that request. No account is required, and the site is not a checkout store.

1. Choose products

Browse categories or search by name or SKU. Each product page shows the supply unit and minimum order when available, with a short commercial description. Final specifications are confirmed when quoting.

You can:

• Open WhatsApp from a product card or the product page.
• Add several items to a quote list and send them together.
• Send a sourcing list even if some items are not fully listed in the catalog.

2. Send the request

WhatsApp is the fastest path for a single product. For a longer list use the quote list or the sourcing form. It helps us if you include:

• Approximate quantities and the order unit.
• Import country and city or port when known.
• Any required specs: size, colour, packing or private label.

3. Receive a quote

We check supply options and prepare pricing for your quantity and destination. The quote is private and is not published on the site. If an item cannot be supplied, we say so rather than sending an unworkable price.

4. Coordinate export

After acceptance, supply, packing, export requirements and shipping are agreed for that order. Payment and delivery terms are not assumed to be the same for every client; they are fixed in the accepted quote.

After you send a request

We reply on WhatsApp or the channel you chose. Response time depends on how complete the request is and on the product type. An initial enquiry is not a purchase commitment until the quote is accepted in writing or through the agreed channel.
