Sourcing and export services

Istanbuliyat services sit behind wholesale requests, not ready-made retail checkout. We help organise supply through to export readiness, as agreed for each case after a quote is accepted.

Factory sourcing

We look for suitable Turkish products against the required quantity and specifications. If an item is in the catalog, we start there. If your need is broader, send categories or specs and we will check supply options before quoting.

Consolidation and packing

Multiple items can be combined in one order when it is operationally possible. Packing, cartons and inner units are set in the quote; we do not assume one packing standard for every product or every client.

Export coordination

After acceptance we follow order preparation and the export documents or requirements agreed for that case. The scope of this coordination is stated in the quote so obligations are clear before work starts.

International shipping

When agreed, we help coordinate shipment to your country. Mode, timing and cost are not fixed on the website; they are calculated from weight, volume, destination and the delivery terms in the quote.

Items not fully listed

If you need a list that is incomplete on the site, use WhatsApp or the sourcing form. We reply after checking supply — either confirming what can be offered or stating what cannot.

Limits of the service

We do not provide general legal or customs advice, and we cannot guarantee clearance in the destination country apart from your documents and local requirements. Pricing and supply depend on supplier confirmation and availability at the time of the request.
