Terms and conditions
By using the Istanbuliyat website you accept these terms. The site is a catalog for Turkish products and wholesale quote requests. It is not an e-commerce checkout with a cart or instant payment.

Nature of the service
Pages, descriptions and images help you form an initial view of an item. Final specifications, availability, packing and price are confirmed only in the quote issued for your request. Browsing the catalog is not an offer to sell.
Prices and quotes
We do not publish retail or general wholesale prices on product pages. Any quote we send is specific to your quantity, destination and the supply terms under review, and is not shown to other visitors. A quote binds the parties only when accepted on the terms stated in it (validity, quantity and performance conditions).
Requests and accounts
You may browse and request pricing without creating an account. Sending a WhatsApp or form request is a commercial enquiry, not a purchase order, until a quote is accepted.
Products and content
A photo or short description may differ from actual supply if a supplier changes a model or packing. Material differences are stated when the quote is prepared. Brand names in the catalog identify items in a wholesale context and do not imply exclusive representation unless the quote says so.
Supply, shipping and payment
Shipping, payment, delivery and lead time are not one set of terms for every client. They are fixed in the accepted quote for that order. Logistics obligations start only within the scope written in that quote.
Liability
We aim for accurate information, but the site is a commercial communication tool. We are not liable for purchase decisions based on a price that was not issued in a quote, for third-party content, or for delays outside our control after agreement (including shipping processes or authorities in the destination country).
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to submit misleading data, unlawful content, or unauthorised attempts to access the admin panel. We may decline abusive requests.
Intellectual property
The Istanbuliyat name, site design and our own texts are protected for ordinary commercial use. The catalog may not be copied and republished as a competing platform.
Governing terms
A commercial relationship created by an accepted quote is interpreted as stated in that quote and, unless agreed otherwise in writing, in line with the rules applicable in Turkey.
