Who is responsible

Data we may collect
- Information you submit: name, phone or WhatsApp, email if provided, import country, city or port, and the content of your request or message.
- Request details: products, quantities, units and notes linked to a quote.
- Limited technical data: language preference, staff admin sessions, and server logs needed to run the site.
- Optional analytics if an analytics tool is switched on in settings. It stays off unless enabled on purpose.
Public visitors are not required to create an account. Other customers’ prices are not shown.
Why we use the data
- To answer a quote request or contact message.
- To prepare a private quote and follow supply after acceptance.
- To run the site, remember language and protect the admin panel.
- To improve pages in aggregate if analytics is enabled — not to sell data.
If you open a WhatsApp chat from the site, the message is handled in WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s own policy. We use the conversation only to process your commercial request.
Sharing
We do not sell customer data. We may share request details with a supplier or logistics partner solely as needed to fulfil an accepted quote. We may disclose data if required by an applicable legal obligation.
Retention
We keep request data for as long as needed to follow the quote, the supply, or reasonable accounting needs, then delete it or restrict access when it is no longer required.
